HAKE WITH SAFFRON, KING PRAWN AND THE SCENT OF ORANGE

This recipe is one of the richest and most delicate of flavors, I have done the same time one of the fastest. I always say that you can make delicious dishes in no time and this is proof.

Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Degree of difficulty: Easy.

Ingredients for 4 people.
A piece of hake per person (slice tenderloin ..).
20 peeled raw prawns.
A big onion.
Two leeks.
Saffron.
An orange.
A glass of sparkling cider.
Salt.
One level tablespoon of flour.

Step 1. Finely chop the onion and leeks and put them to pochar in olive oil (four tablespoons or so) in a pan with high side or not very deep saucepan.

Step 2. When the vegetables are half fried, add the saffron and the gilded flour a bit to quickly lose flavor and add the peeled prawns and give them a quick spin to seal.

Step 3. Incorporate the cider and stir so that no lumps are made with flour and incorporate hake we have previously salty.

Step 4. You have to cook for five minutes on low heat, taking care that the flour does not stick. If necessary add a little more cider, this is the time also check the salt.

Step 5. Hake has to be covered by half, and after the first three minutes we turn carefully to avoid breaking.

Step 6. After three minutes it is ready, and with your hand, squeeze of orange juice and incorporate, we turn again to hake and let cook a few more minutes and you're ready. If you want, you can chop some chives and add as decoration.

Hope you like it, to me it seems delicious
